. Supervise and execute all mechanical maintenance activities in assigned plant areas (e.g., raw mills, etc.).
. Manage a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
. Coordinate with the production/operations team for smooth execution of maintenance activities.
. Possess knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulic and lubrication systems of vertical roller mills.
. Perform maintenance activities as per OEM recommendations and maintenance plans, and provide feedback to the Area Incharge.
. Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and promote a safe work culture in the area.
. Execute shutdown maintenance to ensure timely completion.
. Possess knowledge of maintenance of critical equipment such as bearings, rollers, tables, separators, fans, etc.
. Diagnose mechanical issues promptly and oversee the execution of corrective actions to resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
. Maintain housekeeping of designated area.
