Act as a trusted HR advisor to plant leadership, providing strategic guidance on people management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Lead end-to-end talent management, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development programs to enhance business performance.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability and leadership pipeline.
Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and HR programs.
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HR business partnering role, preferably in a large-scale industrial environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and global HR practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.
Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
