The management is pleased to announce another initiative towards promoting transparency and accountability throughout the company. Power cement’s whistle blowing function will serve as a system whereby all employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, business partners and shareholders can raise their voices and report matters of concern with the company on a real time basis. Such matters may include any fraudulent act, waste of resources, misuse of authority, machinery/ equipment sabotage etc. under taken by any person associated with company, either directly or indirectly.

MATTERS THAT WE SHOULD REPORT:

  1. Conduct by anyone, which is an offence/breach of law.
  2. Failure to comply with legal obligations.
  3. Violation noncompliance of Company’s policies procedures.
  4. Health and safety risks including risks to the public as well as other employees.
  5. Damage to the environment Company assets and corporate image.
  6. Possible fraud corruption incorrect financial reportingwith malafide intensions.
  7. Illegal use of sensitive company data.
  8. Actions which are unprofessional inappropriate or conflict with a general understanding of what is right or wrong unethical.
  9. Injustice done by an individual employee towards another Employee.

MATTERS THAT WE SHOULD “NOT” REPORT

  1. Allegations raised in lieu of personal conflicts which has or will have no connection and impact on company affairs.
  2. Employees’ career related issues like promotions, transfers, relocations, trainings etc. for which forum of HR committee is available.
  3. Concerns about company decision with respect of employees’ incentives and bonus policies.
  4. Concerns about any disciplinary action taken on the basis of findings and recommendations of a committee duly formed with Chief Executive Officer’s consent.

NOTE:

All concern received through any of the above medium will be reviewed and relevant matters will be
investigated further. Complainant will be informed of investigation being conducted and resolution so made in
that regard. Deliberately making a false concern is also an allegation and may lead to a disciplinary action
against complainant.
