Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports i.e. DPR, Energy Reports etc in Excel and ERP.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze production, quality, and operational data on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Design and generate comprehensive reports for senior management and department head
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight gaps timely
  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure accurate and timely data flow and reconciliation of data.
  • Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Assist in ERP system management and upgrades as required
  • Prepare presentations for management review meetings
  • Ensure all the reporting and record keeping comply with ISO standards

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ERP) are an added advantage

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant MIS /Production reporting in a cement industry
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point
  • Experience in report generation, data analysis, and dashboard development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, customize, test, and deploy new functionalities using X++.
  • Develop and maintain custom forms, tables, classes, queries, reports, workflows, and batch jobs.
  • Develop and modify SSRS reports, SQL queries, and data extraction solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics AX and third-party applications using APIs, web services, AIF, or other integration technologies.
  • Perform code debugging, performance tuning, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Configure and support AX modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, and Production.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Administer user accounts, security roles, duties, privileges, permissions, and access rights.
  • Ensure role-based security, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, development standards, and change management records.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, and other IT teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects within agreed timelines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
  • Strong expertise in X++ Development, MorphX, AOT, SSRS, SQL Server, AIF, and Dynamics AX Security Framework.
  • Proven experience in ERP customizations, integrations, report development, and application support.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Azure integration technologies is a plus.

  • Detailed knowledge & execution skills of MCSA.

Qualification:

  • BS-Mechanical Engineering/BE- Mechanical/B.Tech.

Experience & Skills:

  • 03 -04 years & Cement plant experience is preferred.
  • VA Cat-II/ VA Cat-III (preferred),
