Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement including RFQs, comparative statements, negotiations, approvals, and POs.
• Manage sourcing of Mining/Quarry materials and Electrical & Instrumentation items.
• Develop reliable suppliers and alternate sources to ensure supply continuity.
• Coordinate with Mining, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Drive cost savings, supplier development, and local sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, procurement policies, and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Qualification:

• BBA/MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement or equivalent.
• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical will be an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

• 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in Cement, Mining, Quarry, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Mining/Quarry and Electrical procurement.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and communication skills.
