Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and support user accounts, Microsoft Exchange mailboxes, Outlook configurations, and email-related issues.
  • Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices at the factory site.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office IT team for escalations, infrastructure activities, and project implementations.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and operating systems.
  • Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of assigned equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and support requirements.
  • Assist in infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and other IT initiatives.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Exchange Administration and Outlook support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
