Supervisor – FBR Track & Trace (TTS) System, Production Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the FBR TTS system across all packing lines.
  • Ensure real-time monitoring of stamping machines, tickets pasting on bags, and system connectivity.
  • Verify accurate data entry, product coding, SKU mapping, and batch records.
  • Coordinate with Production, IT, and Maintenance departments for system uptime and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain compliance with all FBR policies, rules, and audit requirements.
  • Manage user access control and ensure data security of TTS-related systems.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports for internal management.
  • Conduct weekly checks on system health, scanners, CCTV cameras and communication modules.
  • Liaison with FBR TTS vendor for any system issue, calibration, or updates.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / or relevant technical field.
  • DAE (Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical) with strong experience may also be considered.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in industrial automation, production systems, IT-based monitoring systems, or packaging line supervision.
  • Experience with Track & Trace, packaging automation, PLC/SCADA systems, or industrial monitoring software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automated systems, labeling machines etc.
  • Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA signals related to TTS equipment.
  • Familiarity with FBR TTS regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and documentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high sense of compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team on rotating shifts.
