Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s server, network, and IT infrastructure environment.
- Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Administer and support LAN, WAN, VPN, internet connectivity, and inter-site communications.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network devices, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, virtualization platforms, and other core Microsoft services.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, backup operations, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders for infrastructure projects and support activities.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Network Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco (L2/L3), Ruckus, and H3C switching technologies.
- Excellent understanding of VLANs, Trunking, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP, WAN Connectivity, WAN Load Balancing, and Failover Solutions.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
- Hands-on experience with IPSec VPNs, Site-to-Site VPNs, Remote Access VPNs, and Network Security Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange Administration.
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange mailbox management, email routing, Outlook support, and email security administration.
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of SAN/NAS Storage Solutions, Backup Technologies, and Disaster Recovery Practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle critical infrastructure incidents.
- Relevant certifications will be preferred.
